Harvest is a photographic exhibition by Hawke’s Bay photographer, Richard Brimer. Through large scale format photographs, Richard captures portraits of the seasonal worker, those behind Hawke’s Bay’s booming horticulture and viticultural industries.
This education programme will explore how artists convey identity through artworks, and the rich stories these portraits tell.
In the workshop, in smaller groups, we will try different art-making techniques of capturing portraits – both of ourselves, and of other people! What can we learn about ourselves and of other people by capturing their image?
