Harry Potter Book Night

Wednesday 5 February, 4pm.
This will be the sixth annual will see the sixth annual Harry Potter Book Night celebrated throughout the world.

Hastings District Libraries and the Hastings City Art Gallery have again teamed up to host the unforgettable night themed around Harry Potter.
The fun kicks off at 4.00 pm in Civic Square, Hastings.

This year’s theme is the Triwizard Tournament.

Young wizards, witches and Muggles will be treated to an evening of magical activities and interactive fun including;
The Great Wardini Magic Show
Create your own fire breathing Dragon
The Sorting Hat
Scavenger Hunt
Quidditch practice
Wand making
Magic the Gathering

Young wizards, witches and Muggles will be able to enter a recreation of Mad Eye Moody’s office and may even get to talk to a moving portrait.
Harry Potter Book Night runs from 4pm to 7pm and is a free, interactive, family orientated event.
Activities will be scheduled over the three hours. Come for the whole event or just a while, whatever suits you and your family.
Spot prizes will be awarded during the event and costumes are encouraged.
